If you want to be sure of your visit you can book your ticket online. Choose 'Subba members' during checkout.

Cécile Massart is a Belgian artist who uses different mediums: drawing, engraving, installations, photography, video, artist’s book. In 1994, she starts to focus her work on the sites used for the storage of radioactive waste. Like Ancient Egypt and its secrets, these sites will preserve radioactive waste for thousands of years.

In Sarcophagi, Massart thus raises the attention to these sites that will become part of the landscape for many future generations and asks the questions: What type of energy policy do we want for the future? What do we want to pass down to future generations?
