Out-and-proud gay rapper Khalif Diouf a.k.a. Le1f is one of those rare true-meaning-of-the-word innovators. He creates refreshing, socially enlightened hip-hop sprung from the roots of the early-’90s drag and ball culture and runs his own hip hop label Camp & Street. Following a series of well-received mixtapes and EPs, Le1f’s debut studio album Riot Boi was released in November 2015. The Manhattan native is a Wesleyan graduate in ballet and modern dance and has established himself as a transcendental fashion icon. And there’s good news: we are welcoming him for Different Class festival.
