On the songs that shape her life
Since 1969, EUROPALIA has been throwing art biennales to introduce to the Belgian audience a different country of the world. This year, that country is Indonesia, and as part of the festival, a series of concerts have been taking place in Vooruit. For the second part, they’re bringing explosive Javanese post-punk duo Senyawa, who will mix Indonesian tradition and experimentation with Brussels-based female choir Patshiva Cie. They will be hosting that night alongside German producer Wolf Müller, who will be presenting an Indonesian-inspired DJ set for the first time.
